Nhan and Diep Hoang, originally from Hue (who-ay'), Vietnam, started their restaurant 9-years ago based on the highly successful Pho Pasteur restaurant chain run by relatives in Boston, Massachusetts. Diners can by assured of receiving the most authentically fresh Vietnamese food this side of Saigon.
